Business development

Let's develop a business opportunity together.

We pick one specific offer with you, the customers to reach and the area you actually serve. Then we set up the tools that bring in inquiries, qualify them and track what they turn into.

Is it a fit?

Three questions before we start.

  1. 01

    An offer worth growing

One product or service people are looking for, rather than your whole catalogue at once.

  2. 02

    Customers and a served area

You know who you sell to and where you can actually deliver.

  3. 03

    Room to take on work

Your team can handle new inquiries and follow up on them.

If those three aren't there yet, we'll tell you on the first call.

The setup

Tools chosen for the opportunity, connected to each other.

Not every project needs all of these. We keep what serves the offer.

  1. 01

    Page or website

A page or site built for the offer and the area, visible in Google and AI assistants.

  2. 02

    Form and qualification

The right questions to understand the need and spot a serious inquiry.

  3. 03

    CRM and follow-up

Every inquiry is logged with its source, then followed with you through to the outcome.

  4. 04

    Contract and attributable revenue

When a signed contract can be traced to an inquiry with proof, its revenue can be credited to the agreed work.

Two ways to work together

The relationship is the same; how we're paid depends on the project.

Results-based partnership

For some eligible projects, part of ILUMA's compensation can follow the revenue attributable to the agreed work. Not clicks, inquiries, booked calls or all of your sales: only revenue matched under the written method.

Scoped engagement

When a results-based partnership doesn't fit, we propose a separate engagement, with its scope, price and length written down before we start.

In writing

What we agree on before we start.

  • The offer, the area and who is responsible for what
  • The attribution method and which revenue counts (invoiced or collected)
  • Existing customers excluded, and the period covered
  • Any fees, and the media budget if a campaign is chosen
  • How results are validated, and how the agreement ends

Already a client? Your agreement stays as you accepted it. Terms of the current monthly SEO engagement (in French). They apply to the historical monthly SEO engagement, not to every new partnership.

Before you decide

See how we work and what we measure.

The how-we-work page lays out the four-step path. The results page shows dated Search Console data with its source and limits. You won't find testimonials or client revenue there.

Common questions

Before we talk.

Are you always paid on results?

No. A results-based partnership is one option for some projects. Others are scoped engagements, with a price and length agreed in writing up front.

Do I need an ad budget?

Not necessarily. A campaign is suggested only when it makes sense. Its budget is then separate and agreed in writing.

Are the tools part of every project?

The tools depend on the opportunity. What is delivered, and who owns it, is set out in the written agreement.

How is a sale attributed?

By the agreed method: where the inquiry came from, the proof linking it to a contract, and exclusions such as your existing customers. Without proof, no sale is attributed or estimated.

What if my project isn't a fit?

We'll tell you plainly after the first call, and what would need to change for it to become one.

First call

Let's talk about your offer and your area.

A first call is to check whether there's an opportunity to develop together. No commitment, and no promised result.
